bike around 11, gum joined for the last 10 or so, pm - 3 up, 2 x cruise mile, 3 x vo2 1k, 2 x rep 400, 2 x rep 200, 2.75ish down, workout went well, had swetz back for the first time in a while, splits were 5:09, :14, 3:00, :55, :54, 61, 61, 29, 29, felt good for the most part, had some cold meadville rain comin down on us, never worked too hard, did a good job of pacing with the boys, roll after then stretch back at the fleet
