This was a tough workout. splits were {2:19, 2:20, 62, 2:20, 2:19, 66, 2:18, 2:20, 64, 2:20, 2:19, 64} Felt strained at set 2, but kept focused and finished. It was good to work a little harder this time around. Hurdle walkovers and 12 x pillar.
