Workout today. Since track isn't even close to be cleared we did the workout on the roads. Power measured out a good 600m straight away. Splits {x, 69, 67, 66, 69, 70, 70, 65, 69, 70, 69, 65, 69, 70, 70, 65}. FIrst split I went past the 400m cone, but it worked out. Felt very good, could feel the cold getting to my legs tho. Good volume and feeling good moving forward.
