Early solo workout so I could catch the nats 5k. Workout was 5 x (3' on w 1' rec jog, 1' on uphill w 2' jog rec). Did it all on the roads and it felt really great. Was a little angsty knowing that I was not with the nations best d3 runners racing, but that just helped I think. Great volume, nothing too crazy. Never looked at pace/splits either. Hurdle walkovers and 12xpillar. Watched nats in the trainers.
