AM- 3mi up with Alex at Regis, 3k, 2 x 2k, 4 x k, 2+ down.. 14mi Felt strong, especially for post-race and a bit warm. Originally thought I would do a much more toned down workout but I managed to feel very recovered the past two days so I jumped in on Alex's workout. He did another k and some 400s but I wanted to stop with a little extra in the tank 9:12, 6:05, 6:02, ~2:59 w/ 3’ jogs after 3k/2ks 90” after ks. PM- 4mi easy in Concord before some Chiro treatment. Calf has been a little tight but not noticeable when running. Felt pretty good considering workout and it was 90 degrees
