AM- 3mi up at Regis w/ Alex, had the place to ourselves! 7 x 1600 w/ 1' rest (I lead reps 1, 3, 5, 7), then jumped in and out of his final 3 reps via 400. 400, 100 (started a second or so behind to make it a little more difficult) as I was trying to save legs a bit for half on Sunday which I am pretty sure I accomplished based on feeling fine for the cooldown. Goal was 4:55 and we hit that pretty spot on.
