AM- 13mi started out on the paved ski trail easier than did the 10mi loop at a strong effort. focused a bit more on pushing the uphills. felt decent, maybe a little tired from extra vert past couple days PM- 6mi total- 4mi easy then 10 x 30" on TM w/ 30" rest. 12.1 -> 14mph felt decent. R knee a little sore after but feeling better as I write this a few hours later
