Very empty run today, I miss running with everyone. My feet hurt super super bad again today because of the blisters. Hoping I can go get the inserts filed down like Kat said because running in them really really hurts because of stepping on the blisters. We started lifts again yesterday so I'm starting to feel pretty sore because of that too.
