Daily Note

Felt okay today. Was my first day running in my orthotics and my feet are in so much pain. I could feel the rubbing all throughout the run, but it got especially painful during the middle of the run, right around mile 3. I could tell I was gonna have blisters in my arches even before I took my shoes off, but the blisters are HUGE. My left foot isn't as bad as my right, but both blisters are pretty big and bubbly. It hurts to walk on them, especially my right foot, and I'm hoping it's not too painful to run on tomorrow.
