Felt really good to be back running with everyone! Wore my inserts all day today and then when I ran without them, my shoes felt super weird, but walking in them feels a lot more comfortable now. I definitely think the week of rest days helped my legs a lot because they didn't feel as sore/tired as they did last week. The only thing I noticed was that my right hip was pretty tight and hurt a little bit, which was weird because I've never had issues there or anything. Definitely gonna keep an eye on it throughout this week.
