Daily Note

Orthotics felt fine today, even though I was wearing them for a lot longer than normal. Went down to the track today to watch the workout and everyone killed the 3 x ks yayyy! Can't wait to watch y'all crush it at Regionals!! My friend came to visit for a little while later in the day so that was super fun because I haven't seen him in a while. Overall just a very lazy day so it was pretty good!
