Daily Note

Second day wearing my inserts! It still felt weird and my arches were super sore again today. Also my second day taking the iron meds and I think they made me really nauseous (at least I think it was the meds), but hoping it was only a one time thing. Legs felt fine again today and there was no soreness either. I think this week of off days are helping a lot with that!
