Daily Note

Started wearing my inserts today and it felt really weird. My arches hurt really bad almost the entire time I was wearing them. Didn't run today so didn't really feel any soreness or anything. Rudy got me my iron meds (thank you again Rudy you're amazing!!!) and I started taking them tonight. Heard very sad news today during the meeting so that's gonna be really hard to process (why'd you guys have to pick Iowa it's so far away), but trying to stay positive about what the future holds!
