Plan called for whatever up, 15 @MP, whatever down to get 20 total.
Long story short, I went for 17 today, and overall I just rolled during this. Hit a 3 mile warmup in the neighborhood, switched shoes and then got after a loop that basically runs from the front to the back of the woodlands. Naturally started out a touch quick, but settled in really nicely and just cruised. Really tried to focus on my best shuffle and most efficient stride, and it was easy. Locked in really well. The sun came out about half way through and that made things a little interesting. Nutrition clicked, stomach was good, I could feel my hamstring, but no real pulling. When I hit 15, I wanted to push a little more, so just ran hard for two more miles. Still had that extra rep feeling too. This is the last run of the block, so we are pretty much there.

Averaged 638 pace for the 17 steady state.
