10 x 400 Workout today. Warmed up with 3 miles and then went into the workout. Hit between 69 and 73 on eight of the reps. Two were around 74 to 75. First track workout in about a year and a half. Just gotta keep working on the track. Need to get my shorter distances quicker to help get my marathon time down. Did core and pushups after. Did not cool down though. Groin problem from last week seems like its transferred to my IT band and is a bit strained in my lower left back/ butt area. Gonna rest it tonight and see how it feels tomorrow.
