Daily Note

Did 20 x 400 at the track today with 2 min rest. Goal of this workout was just to get the legs moving and work on getting back some speed. Didn't feel that bad at all. Worst part of the workout honestly was just waiting for the rest to end after each rep. Just had to be patient.

Hit between 76 to 79 on the first 19 reps. Then, ran a 71 on the last rep. Overall, a good day. Did a 3 mile warmup and a 4 mile cooldown.
