20 wu 6x (5 on 1 off) 3'walk for between 200s. Step ups 2. 2nd mile in 4: 37 third and a half faster than I wanted. Really felt like I didn't feel like I was running until the end of the run still felt like 8. 5 miles. I remember what I would say. Don't have no idea what to do but still on the treadmill. Pretty hot though so I didn't get to run early. Used to bike for the afternoon so it was raining through the exam. Was already able to get in a good workout overall and sleep. Definitely felt the best workout in a long time though.
