have only been wearing my grey shoes bc im scared of the other ones after the ball of my foot started hurting. anyways pretty good long run, first half with wiki and laure but i felt like i was getting dropped running 6:40s so went back and did the second half with ang/mia/morgan. felt pretty good, but tired from first half
