this was a very poor workout... started off with 73 and a 74 for the first set. second set went downhill and started running 76-77 and last set 77 down to 81. i died and mentally was lost and was not focused on doing the best that i could in that moment. learned from it... when i get dropped i need to finish with the best outcome possible and do a reset. 20min shakeout later in the day
