2 mi wu, 3.3 mi thresh, 2.9 mi cd. splits for thresh were (7:45, 7:40, 7:28, 7:23) according to Strava but idk what they actually are cuz Stro said it was gonna be wrong. Felt pretty good on this, the big hills leading into campus were definitely the hardest. Couldn't feel my hip at all during wu and thresh, felt it a little on the cooldown. As im typing this the next day though I don't feel it at all. I liked running at night tho until Liz and Mere got lost lol. My average heart rate for it was 180 on the dot tho so slay.
