2 mi wu, 3.55 thresh (7:04 avg), 2 mi cd. My splits for the thresh were 7:05, 6:59, 6:58, 7:20 for .5. Was consistent until Leiper hill and a little before. I literally felt myself slow down even before I hit the hill, even just the thought of the hill makes me unmotivated lol. But besides that i feel good about this! Hip hurt slighty after but then I rolled it and it was fine, but then was I was laying in bed at night it was hurting. Was gone by the morning and has been fine since.
