2 mi wu, 12x4 (85,88,88,87,87,86,88,87,86,85,83,81), 2 mi cd. Was kinda dying by the third one of these and got rly worried lol. But I think I was just still warming up because I ended up feeling better throughout the workout. Good workout. I thought that my breathing didn't feel good which made this harder, but as I'm writing this the next day I have a bad cough, so I must be getting sick.
