AM: 2 miles and some core PM: 6mi thresh from 60steps to DeCarlos. Splits were 6:08, 5:57, 5:35, 5:33, 5:57 for a total of 28:50 (5:50 pace). Felt alright. Pushed a little too hard through Swat mile and felt a little tired during the last mile, especially after condo hill. Overall, pretty happy with how it went though. Time to start stacking efforts
