Daily Note

Squeezed in a quick 8 in between class and clinic. If you didn't realize by now, I am not taking off before beginning indoor training. I took off three days and had a very low mileage week two weeks ago due to sickness. I also took off a good amount of time due to my injury. My legs feel fresh and I'm not mentally drained at all. To be honest, I've been more excited to run recently compared to every before this semester. I think it's because my legs feel strong, my lungs feel clear, and I don't have to worry about my adductor bugging me. The plan is to do 80 mile weeks with 65 mile down weeks. Eventually I'll incorporate workouts and thresholds once I get in a few consistent weeks of high mileage. However, I will not sacrifice mileage for workouts until I get in 12 weeks of consistent mileage. At that time, I will most likely dip down in mileage to get better results on the track. Eyes are set on outdoors
