Broke my back trying to move in and carry trash bags to the car, counting this as my weights for the day Did a run to explore the area, went across the bridge across the river, and found myself on the same route we did our lovely 13.1 on. Was feeling great until 1.5 and then I felt dead. Not sure where my energy from Saturday went but oh well. It is also 82 degrees outside, so I felt like I had a good effort. Already feeling like I understand the area better and have some places mentally noted to go check out in the future.
