ran on the treadmill with Emma and then did a quick lift. Felt really good for the run. Started at 8:34 pace and ended at like 6:22, kept bumping it up because I wanted to hit 4 miles and get off. Lift: A) 3 x 4 chin ups w/ band 3 X 8 glute brides w/ dumbbell B) 3 x 6 push-press 25 lb 3 x 6 goblet squat 70 lb C) 2 x 2 bicep curls 10 lb 2 x 12 single leg RDL each leg 35 lb. was more tired for the lift than I expected, so I cut it from what I originally planned.
