Emma and I are training for another half marathon this summer so she wanted to run longer today. Pretty happy with it, its my longest fastest run since my break. It was very hot and definitely not easy but I am glad I did it. The asthma kicked in and I was honestly dying but Emma always helps a lot Super consistent with splits 8:14, 8:14, 8:05, 8:14, 8:17, 8:14 so happy with that. I liked the route, went to Lagrange and then turned left on the road parallel to convenient, that takes you to CVS and then went to the school and through the park. lift after: A) 3 x 4 - chin ups black band 3 x 60 sec front plank w/ 10 lb. plate on back 3 x 5 single leg box jump squat B) 4 x 15 lb. front row 4 x 8, 6, 4, 2 back squat started at 25 lb. each side and added 5 lb. each side going down the number of reps C) 2 x 10 bicep curl 2 x 10 hip thrust with 20 lb.
