Felt decent on the warm up, the workout was really hard for me. Not feeling good aerobically, my asthma felt pretty bad. The 200's felt good and smooth and were kind of fun. Been struggling doing workouts in the mid distance area. The tempo's or anything under 400 have felt good but 500-1 mile has been really hard for me to hit times 3:02, 3:04, 3:08, 3:11 37, 36, 35, 34
