I didn't feel too sore throughout the day, but man I was dying on this run it felt really hard and my legs were really tired. My groin also felt kind of tight on this maybe starting at a mile in and for the rest of the run after. I feel it a little tight now still like walking around and stuff. I have also been feeling my R knee a little in the bursitis spot. Striders, gen str, exercises, pushups, core. Felt really tired after practice. About to air relax and then ice my knee after
