2 WU, 5x1k w/ 2 min rest (3:45, 3:44, 3:43, 3:43, 3:41), 2 CD. Ran with Carly, Emmy, and Liz. The first one felt really relaxed and relatively easy, and then on the second one I was like woah. The rest of them all felt hard. My legs felt great, it was my arms that were dying and like my chest/breathing.
