Woke up early naturally so I figured I'd run since I was already up. Sickness wise I felt better today waking up than any other day, but by the time I got back to ship I am feeling pretty drained. Felt ok on the run, a little tired. I was having a little bit of trouble breathing, felt a little shallow. Last half mile I could feel my R hamstring a little bit, just like a twinge.
