Daily Note

I definitely made the right decision in not racing because last night was ROUGH and I felt even worse than the other days when I woke up this morning. My nose was so stuffy I literally couldn't breathe at all through my nose and had to through my mouth so I was miserable and tossed and turned all night. Even though I know I made the right decision, seeing the times everyone else is running makes me itch to be racing myself, but it is what it is. I feel a little better now than when I woke up (it's noon), I went and got coffee which is the first time I've had it this week because my throat was too sore the other days, so a little more normalcy is nice. Tomorrow is a new day
