Did not feel better this morning, so I didn't go to any of my classes today and instead went back to sleep. I've slept for like 14 hours in the last 24 hours if not more. Started feeling a little better though. Ran 4 at practice and my head wasn't hurting nearly as much as earlier, more just my throat is still really hurting and I feel tired. Run was fine, felt tired but no soreness at all other than my R hamstring still feeling a little tight, but everything else felt normal and no groin pain. Did dynamic hip stuff before and then stretched well after
