Daily Note
Got up early to roll out, then air relaxed midday. Groin feels way better today, but I still felt it here and there throughout the day. Still sore all around but it's more at a normal soreness level like after lifting for the first time in a while. But my right hamstring still is hurting (hurting, not just sore), even though I didn't run. At practice I rolled and stretched my hips really well and then ice bathed. Used Mike and Stro's picking locks expertise tonight lol
