Daily Note

Good workout! Happy with this. 2 mile warm up. 400 was 72 seconds right on the dot and 200s were slower at about 40 seconds for both instead of 38s but I'll take it. 3.5 mile cool down. PRed in my 800 during this workout which is kind of cool to think about and is good motivation for this weekend, I'm feeling excited. Side note, my groin was really bothering me before this workout, I think I just moved it the wrong way at some point today. Iced after which helped but going to be gentle with it and try to not irritate it before this weekend.
