Really happy about this workout. 2 mile warm up, 600s were 2:04 and 2:06. Right calf started to get tight around this point, but still used my spikes for the 200s. Those were in 34, 35, 34, 33. 3 mile cool down. Made sure to put my calves in the ice tub after and that definitely helped but going to roll and use my massage gun throughout the day. This was the confidence boost I needed, but just annoyed with my calf lol
