Splits- 30.4, 39, 30.8, 41.1, 31.6, 41.8, 30.4, 39.3. Went into this wanting to click 30s and 40s. Did an alright job. Did this on a full stomach which probably wasn't the best call, but I couldn't wait til later in the day as I was short on time. Cut the 300s because I was getting kicked off of the track. Was in and out about even doing them in the first place so just took that as a sign that I should leave a tip for the waitress and get a nice long cool down in, so thats what I did.
