Couldn't get any sleep last night, super fatigued and restless. Woke up feeling like shit. No fever or anything, just really weak/fatigued. Called the work out off and just got miles in. Relaxed most of the day and started feeling better before I ran. After my run went back to feeling super fatigued/tired/sore. Haven't felt back to 100% since I took those days off after MACs. Not sure if my body is fighting something off or what but hopefully I start feeling back to normal soon.
