Took some time off after MACs. Was only going to take off a day or two but academically this week hit me like a brick so I ended up taking an extra two days off so that I could focus on all of my course work. I needed it. Body felt the best it has felt in a while today, just really fresh. Will build back up quickly, planning on regular miles by next week (80) and regular long run this Sunday. Im ready to get back into the grind, I hate how soft I get when I start taking some days off...
