Run: 3:04 Mt. Herman Road-Rampart Range Road-315: 3k' climbing, 68mins above 9k'. New long run route, loved it. Dirt roads with steady grades the whole way, nothing technical or steep like I've been doing on recent long runs. Made a world of difference with how I held up, so much less fatigue at the end than recent long runs. Had good legs coming off yesterday's workout too.
