My goal for 5k in two weeks is 3:24 pace but I think vaporflys will instantly make me ~3s faster per K so I was reasonably close to hitting pace today coming off a high mileage week. 30:44 for the full 8k, 6:09 pace. Air quality this morning was 160 which maybe I shouldn't have done this, don't have experience yet with when I should and shouldn't run outside. Didn't smell any smoke, didn't notice any difference going hard, or feel anything after.
