Daily Note

2-mile warm up, transition 800 in 3:08 (96, 92), 1200 in 4:23 (86, 88, 89), 2 X 800 in 2:52 (82, 90) and 2:55 (85, 90), 1 mile cool down. I need to work on pacing, especially for my 800s. I guess I always go out too fast on lap 1 when running with other people because I don't want them to step on my heels.
