6:23 or 6:24 hill (I'll go with 6:24 since that's when I touched the fence). This is my best time on this course. I completed the flat portion in 1:55. I can't believe that I did the actual hill in under 4:30. My times on the track are not coming down, but also I used to run the hill after a day of intervals or a regular run, but I'm now doing hills after my off day. But also my best hill time after a day of intervals was 6:37. This was also when I raced fastest. I can't complain about 14 seconds better.
