AM- Basically gone from 7:30-7:30... wow. 30' easy run with Mickey. PM- 10, finished with Jonathan. Didn't have time for strides because of a meeting right after a run. PM (2)- Around 7 went to the indoor track and did 5x200 w/ 5 min rest. Body was tired from the longest Monday ever. Baseball team covered the one turn on the track so I was only able to do one 200 at a correct measured distance and that was 26. The next four were a tad short and I hit "25" on all of them so I'll say about a 26-27 effort. Core routine 1 and stretch before bed.
