AM- 35' with Mickey. Woke up at 2 AM and couldn't fall back asleep so I was pretty tired. No naps today due to the busy schedule. PM- Workout was K-K-K-K (negative split)-300-200-K-300-200. Went 3:00-2:53-2:52-2:47(71-65-31)-44-28-2:52-43-27. Felt great despite the lack of sleep. Ended up mostly being a workout with Mason and I. Love working out with the guy. Time to get to bed a bit earlier tonight. Big day tomorrow with classes and meetings so it's going to be a grind and I'll need all the rest I can get.
