AM- Easy 10 miler in the rain. Weather conditions were pretty terrible, but managed to make it about 5 miles in before my headphones died. PM- 10' jog, 5x200 in spikes w/ full recovery, then jog. Did this at night after meeting with my Dx group. Didn't feel good starting off but ended up being an impressive set of 200s (although I felt quite nauseous towards the end). 26-26-26-26-27. Was mostly 26 low-mid but ended up slowing down a tad on the last one. Didn't want to do the last one, but I figure that was a pretty good reason to do it. Felt like I got some good speed in and was purposeful with it. Core routine 1 + stretch before bed.
