Daily Note

AM- Early one. Workout was K-K-2x400-K-K-Mile-K-2x400. 3:01-2:54-59-61-2:54-2:57-4:41-2:59-60-59. Didn't feel great mentally- yo-yo'd in and out a lot, but looking at the splits put together a good workout overall. Best I've ever ran 400's so that's a great sign of progress in speed.
