PM: At least a 10 hour drive down to Charlotte. Made a stop on the way down to get a fresh pair of GOATs. Was planning to take today off too, but was so fired up after seeing the results of the 5k that I hopped on the treadmill for a quick 5 miles. Great to see all the hard work that Joe, Pat, and Dave have put in this year and so many years prior be shown all in one race.
