PM: 3 mile WU, 1500, 3 mile CD. Official time: 4:07.9. Started out well, but ended in another disappointing performance. Wish I was able to put some points on the board for the team even though in the end it wouldn't have made a difference in terms of the overall score. I know that everyone put their heart and soul into their races over the past 3 days. Even though its not the result we wanted I'm glad it was with this group of men from Chester
