PM: 3 mile WU, pre, 4x300, 1 mile CD. Pre splits were 30.5/40.1/31.2/41.0/30.2/40.5/29.8/36.8//4:40. 5 min recovery jog. 300 splits were 47.3/49.0/46.9/45.7. Felt very controlled for the pre. 300s were a little tougher than I was expecting, but happy to still get through it with taking an extra 100m of recovery before the last rep. Got PNF afterward which made my legs feel 10 times better. Stretch and core afterward
